U.S.Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For returns, merchandise must be returned in the same condition received and in original packaging. Once return is received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid. We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee if merchandise is not returned in original condition.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. The initial exchange is complimentary, additional exchanges for the same order may require a restock or shipping fee.
International Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your item breaks during normal wear with appropriate care, we are glad to repair, replace or offer store credit up to 90 days after purchase. Please refer to our Jewelry Care guide for more information on proper cleaning and storage of jewelry items.
We will cover the following: broken cording or elastic, clasp issues, and missing Swarovski crystals. This warranty does not cover faded plating on clasps, beads or charms/pendants. If you wish to re-plate your item for a cost, you may contact us at: email@example.com
